Shipment Processing Time

Processing your order usually takes 1-3 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of
orders, shipments may be delayed by a few more days. Please allow additional days in
transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

- U.S. delivery estimate is 7-14 Days

- Canada delivery estimate is 7-14 Days

- Italy delivery estimate is 7-14 Days

- India delivery estimate is 5-20 Days

Shipment
confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The
tracking number will be active within 24 hours of your order being shipped.

- Shipping is only available for the following countries: United States, Canada, India and Italy

- U.S. shipping does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

- Shipping is free and will be displayed at checkout.
